We provide outsorce solutions in browser extensions, web, and desktop app developmentOur website: sinova.devMain Functions:- Launch outbound from scratch- Content management and creating (pay attention)- Accounting of new and already existing accounts- Communication with potential and current leads - Campaigns strategy building- Weekly reports and analytics Requirements- 2+ years SDR experience in Outsourse sales, with successful case studies- Experience in launching cold outreach campaigns via Email and LinkedIn (tailored messaging, not automation).- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.- Experience in IT outsourcing company- Success case studies in the past - Deep understanding of BANT or SPICED framework- High-energy person, proactive, results-driven, and relentless in achieving targets.- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills (near-native English).- Not afraid to pick up the phone, do cold outreach and turn ‘no’ into ‘yes’.- Expertise in sales prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay, Aircall, Sales Navigator, etc.).- Experience in managing and updating CRM systems (Pipedrive).- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and booking high-value meetings.
