The Government has completed the formation of Ukrhydroenergo's Supervisory BoardThe Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, by Resolution No. 401-r dated 24 April 2026, appointed Vitalii Petruk and Eduard Denysov as state representatives to the Supervisory Board of Ukrhydroenergo. The resolution takes effect on 5 May 2026.Once the resolution takes effect, the company's Supervisory Board will reach its full composition of seven members: four independent members and three state representatives.The Board notes that completing its full composition ensures proper representation of the state as a shareholder and maintains the balance between the owner's position and independent expertise. In the Board's view, this strengthens its ability to address strategic priorities, including restoring war-damaged hydropower facilities, implementing investment projects, and improving the company's internal control system.Ukrhydroenergo is Ukraine's largest hydropower generation company and the operator of strategically important energy infrastructure. The Supervisory Board is the company's corporate governance body in accordance with the legislation on joint-stock companies. Its role is to protect shareholder rights, oversee the executive body's activities, and ensure a balance between the state's interests as owner and the company's long-term interests.
