Communication and PR Specialist - Health Recovery Office, Ministry of Health of UkraineExpertise France is a key partner of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, working together to respond to emergencies and to the recovery and reconstruction of the health system in the aftermath of recent challenges caused by the full-scale Russian invasion, in priority sectors such as healthcare coordination and reforms. Description of the assignmentCommunication Strategy and Content DevelopmentMedia relation and Press Office CoordinationSocial Media and Digital Outreach Required expertise and profile- Advanced degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in communication and public relations.- Excellent writing, editing, content creation, and media relations skills.Duration and terms of performanceThe assignment is expected to be implemented over 7 months. The timeline remains subject to discussion and agreement with Expertise France.
