Communications expert - IPRSAThe EU-funded IPRSA 3 project Support to align Ukrainian legislation, policies and institutions with EU acquis in agriculture and rural development (ARD) is contributing to a resilient, more inclusive, sustainable and competitive growth-oriented agricultural sector that secures fair rural incomes, improves investment capacities, and respects the environment.A project vacancy exists for a communications expert (and/or a communications company) to (a) support the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture (MEEA) and its associated institutions, and (b) disseminate relevant information at national, oblast and hromada levels.Applications are invited from individuals who meet the following requirements:- University degree in communications, journalism, public relations or, in its absence, at least 5 years relevant professional experience in media/communications;- Minimum 5 years professional working experience in media/communications;- Ability to (a) write, structure, and edit texts for different communication channels (media and social media, particularly Facebook), and (b) generate content and design ideas for infographics, booklets, posters, and other awareness-raising materials;Applicants (including companies) are invited to send a CV and a one-page supporting letter (in English) to Ross Bull, IPRSA 3 Project ([email protected]) by 17.00 on Monday, 24 November 2025.
