Співвиконавцями згадуються НИИМА «Прогрес» і концерн «Вега» (кристали/вузли → виготовлення й випробування → установча партія). ➡️Чому це важливо на практиці: апаратна криптографія — це фундамент для захищених каналів, ідентифікації, стійкого обміну даними та роботи в середовищі, де “втратити довіру” до пристрою іноді гірше, ніж втратити сам канал. ❗️І саме тут виникає дисонанс із російською риторикою про «самодостатність»: паралельно ми бачимо, як підрозділи скаржаться на «аналоги» у зв’язку й польових сервісах, а тут ще й базовий елемент апаратного захисту буксує роками.
