відрефлексувала свій перший рік як фаундерка і ось 13 уроків, які я з нього винесла:1. You will never feel 100% prepared.Last July, I only had a concept for Atta and zero idea how to build it. There is no magical sign. The best time to start is when you decide to.2. Get comfortable being uncomfortable. (Cheesy, but endlessly true)Pitching offline, building in public, talking with customers — you will do things you've never done before on a daily basis. Do it anyway, and share about it.3. You don't need a technical background.I built Atta's MVP in 48 hours at the Lovable hackathon. It now has 10,000+ users. Unless you're building highly technical B2B hardware, stop using your marketing background as an excuse and go vibe-code your product's MVP.4. Be super nosy.People don't buy products, they "hire" them to do a specific job. And you need to dig VERY deep with your early users to figure out this job. Plus, never be embarrassed to ask questions. People love talking about themselves.5. Create a waitlist first. Before even building your MVP, see if people actually want what you are going to sell. And those loyal early subscribers become your best testers.6. Everything that can go wrong, will go wrong.Apple will reject your App Store submission. You will suffer over bugs and ask yourself, "Are we in hell?". Take a breath. Fix it. Try again.7. Your story is worth telling from day 1.Thinking "I am not successful enough to post yet" is just fear talking. Share the real thoughts, the struggles, and the progress.8. Your intuition is your superpower.Intuition is not delusion. I see it as your unique market understanding, experience + values. Marry that gut feeling with brutal customer feedback and it will be your secret sauce.9. Protect your peace. You cannot grind non-stop and keep the spark. A quiet midday walk with my frenchie Chinny, at least 1 day off per week, and a good book every night are my non-negotiables.10. Your circle will change. Some won't be comfortable with your new pace. Let them go, and make room for the people who totally get you.11. Iterate relentlessly.I switched from web to iOS, changed messaging constantly, and redesigned the UI several times. Your first version is supposed to evolve.12. A $0 marketing budget isn't a blocker.Atta reached 10,000+ users in 3 months with zero ad spend. Find where your audience is (Threads, TikTok, communities) and show up there consistently.13. You will not be the same. But you will survive everything.Once you build something on your own, there is no way back. Yes, building is chaotic and exhausting, but it makes you the most resilient version of yourself. And everything will work out, just keep going (this is the message to myself too) 🥹🫶🏻
