​​❗️САП та НАБУ на одержанні неправомірної вигоди викрили прокурорів відділу Офісу Генерального прокурора15 липня 2024 року за процесуального керівництва прокурора САП детективами НАБУ на одержанні 170 тис. дол. США неправомірної вигоди викрито прокурорів відділу Офісу Генерального прокурора. Указані кошти прокурори одержали за прийняття рішення про закриття кримінального провадження.Наразі одного з прокурорів затримано в рамках ст. 208 КПК України. Йому повідомлено про підозру за ч. 4 ст. 368 КК України.Вирішується питання щодо повідомлення про підозру всім викритим особам та обрання їм запобіжних заходів.SAPO and NABU caught prosecutors of the Office of the Prosecutor General on taking unlawful benefitOn 15 July 2024, under the procedural supervision of the SAPO prosecutor, NABU detectives caught prosecutors of the Office of the Prosecutor General's Division on receiving USD 170 thousand of unlawful benefit. The prosecutors took the money as a reward for the decision to close the criminal proceedings.One of the prosecutors was detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. He was notified of being suspected under Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.The question of notifying all the identified persons of suspicion and choosing a means of restraint against them is being considered.
