In practice, numerical pressure is effective only as long as there is no comprehensive reconnaissance-and-fire control established by the defending forces.Once continuous surveillance and systematic employment of reconnaissance and strike UAVs are in place, numerical superiority ceases to play a decisive role. Further attempts to advance result not in tactical gains, but in predictable and sustained increases in personnel losses.⚡️As a result, the enemy is forced to sustain disproportionately high casualties and loses the tempo of offensive operations.
