До 15 років за ґратами засуджено жителя Донеччини, який корегував артилерійські і ракетні удари по військовій та цивільній інфраструктуріЗа публічного обвинувачення прокурорів Офісу Генерального прокурора суд визнав мешканця Донецької області винним у вчиненні державної зради (ч. 2 ст. 111 КК України) та засудив його до 15 років позбавлення волі з конфіскацією майна.Прокурори довели у суді, що чоловік, перебуваючи на території Донецької області, за власною ініціативою встановив контакт з представниками держави-агресора. На виконання завдань розвідувальних органів рф, він передавав відомості про місця розташування позицій та дислокації Сил оборони України, шляхи їх переміщення. Також засуджений корегував артилерійські і ракетні удари по військовій та цивільній інфраструктурі, доповідав про результати нанесення ракетних ударів.Засуджений перебуває під вартою до набрання вироком суду законної сили.Досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні здійснювало Головне слідче управління СБУ._______________A resident of Donetsk region who adjusted artillery and missile strikes on military and civilian infrastructure was sentenced to 15 years in prisonUpon public accusation by prosecutors of the Prosecutor General's Office, the court found a resident of Donetsk region guilty of high treason (part 2, Art 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and sentenced him to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.Prosecutors proved in court that the man, while in the Donetsk region, on his own initiative established contact with representatives of the aggressor state. In order to fulfill the tasks of the russian intelligence agencies, he transmitted information about the location of positions and deployment of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, and the routes of their movement.The convict also adjusted artillery and missile strikes on military and civilian infrastructure, reported on the results of missile strikes.The convict is in custody until the court verdict enters into legal force.The pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings was carried out by the Main Investigation Department of the SSU.
