Офіс Генерального прокурора відстояв у Верховному Суді покарання ворожому інформаторуКасаційний кримінальний суд у складі Верховного Суду погодився з доводами прокурорів Офісу Генпрокурора та підтвердив вирок мешканцю міста Миколаєва, якого засуджено за поширення інформації про розташування військових підрозділів ЗСУ та виправдовування збройної агресії рф проти України (ч. 3 ст. 114-2, ч.ч. 1, 3 ст. 436-2 КК України).Засудженому призначено покарання – 11 років позбавлення волі.Прокурори у судах усіх інстанцій довели, що житель міста Миколаєва у червні–липні 2022 року через Telegram-канал поширював інформацію про переміщення українських військових та розташування військової техніки на території міста й області. На тому самому інформаційному ресурсі він розміщував повідомлення та висловлювання, зокрема образливого характеру, стосовно України, українців та Збройних Сил України, які містили виправдовування, визнання правомірною збройної агресії рф проти України.Наразі засуджений відбуває призначене судом покарання.__________The Prosecutor General’s Office defended the sentence of enemy informant in the Supreme CourtThe Criminal Cassation Court of the Supreme Court agreed with the arguments of the prosecutors of the Prosecutor General's Office and upheld the sentence of a resident of Mykolaiv, who was convicted of distributing information on the location of military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and justifying the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine (paragraph 3 of Art 114-2, paragraphs 1, 3 of Art 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).The convict was sentenced to 11 years in prison.Prosecutors in courts of all instances proved that a resident of the city of Mykolaiv in June-July 2022 distributed information about the movements of Ukrainian military personnel and the location of military equipment in the city and region via the Telegram channel.On the same information resource, he posted messages and statements, in particular of an offensive nature, regarding Ukraine, Ukrainians, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which contained justifications and recognition of the legitimacy of the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine.The convict is currently serving a sentence imposed by the court.
