🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Colleagues, last week an important international event took place in Edinburgh — the RIPE92 meeting.🇺🇦 Ukraine and our community were represented by Iryna Kabala, CEO of IMC, Secretary of the InAU Committee on Internet Resource Management and Interaction with International Organizations, member of the NOGUA Program Committee, and a resident of the Ukrainian Telecom Lady community.🗣️ Throughout the conference, Iryna actively participated in key sessions and discussions, attended main presentations, and continued engaging in dialogue on Ukraine and the resilience of our networks with RIPE92 participants and representatives of RIPE NCC.She also took part in the General Meeting and the meeting of NOG organizers from different countries, where she shared Ukraine’s experience in establishing and developing NOGUA.One of the most important outcomes of RIPE92 was the preservation of the current IP resource charging scheme. For Ukraine, this is a critically important decision, as any increase in costs under present circumstances significantly affects the resilience of telecom networks.🙌🏻 We sincerely thank everyone who participated in the vote, and extend special appreciation to Iryna for her personal involvement and for representing our community with distinction on the international stage.🤩 More meetings and collaborations lie ahead.
