📣🆕 Оперативники міграційної поліції (МІПОЛ) спільно зі слідчими Головного управління Національної поліції в Закарпатській області, у взаємодії з Службою безпеки України та Державною прикордонною служби, припинили функціонування каналу з незаконної переправи через державний кордон України до Румунії чоловіків. Організатора каналу затримано «на гарячому» коли він отримав грошові кошти у сумі 12 тисяч доларів для того щоб організувати незаконне переправлення двох чоловіків. Слідчі повідомили йому про підозру за частиною 3 статті 332 Кримінального кодексу України. 📌Санкція цієї статті передбачає покарання до 9 років позбавлення волі. Operativ officers of the Migration police (MIPOL), together with the investigators of the Main Directorate of National Police in Transcarpathian region, in cooperation with the Security Service of Ukraine and the State Border Service, stopped the operation of the channel for illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine to Romania by men. The organizer of the channel was arrested "red handed" when he received cash in the amount of 12 thousand dollars in order to organize the illegal transportation of two men. The investigators informed him of the suspicion under Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
