​​#ngo #analytics 📈 Assessment Officer (Localisation Team)to ActedMain duties: • assess preparation and planning, conduct secondary data and literature review of English, Ukrainian, and Russian language• liaise with local authorities to obtain relevant secondary data• research cycle management and coordination of data collection activities• coordinate, with the support of the field manager and field team leaders, the implementation of quantitative and/or qualitative data collection approaches, including surveys, key informant interviews, and focus group discussions• conduct analysis of primary data and secondary data• provide suggestions in terms of data visualization and data communication. Liaise with the GIS and data teams in the production of analytical tools• support close compliance to M&E procedures of ACTED/IMPACTRequirements: • university-level education in social sciences, political sciences, research, or relevant fields. Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (International Relations, Political Sciences, Social Research, Economics, Development Studies, or similar)• at least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in data collection and/or report writing and or drafting of analytical products.
