🔥CEO / Managing Director (Commercial Real Estate & Investments)🔥 #Одеса #Odesa 💼 Our client is an international investment fund operating in the commercial real estate development and asset management sector. 🦾The company has active operations in Ukraine, including a large-scale commercial real estate asset. As the business enters its next stage of development, the company is looking to appoint a #CEO / Managing Director to lead its Ukrainian operations.🌛The Chief Executive Officer has overall responsibility for the leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance. The role encompasses full P&L responsibility, asset and crisis management, financing, stakeholder relations, and execution of complex real estate asset management, renovation, and optimisation.👉The CEO acts as the primary representative of the company before shareholders, lenders, public authorities, and tenants, ensuring sustainable value creation, business continuity, and long-term growth in a challenging and evolving market environment.💡Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Corporate Governance- Define and execute the company’s business strategy in alignment with shareholder objectives- Ensure high standards of corporate governance, transparency, and compliance with local and international best practices- Prepare and present management reporting, budgets, business plans to the shareholders- Act as a trusted senior counterpart to lenders, and strategic partnersAsset Management- Oversee asset management of large-scale shopping and entertainment center- Lead complex renovation, repositioning, and recovery of the shopping and entertainment center - Drive occupancy, tenant mix optimisation, leasing strategy, and operational performance improvement- Ensure sustainable operating cash flow and long-term asset value growth- Negotiate and secure anchor tenants and international brands- Maintain long-term relationships with key tenants and operators- Support introduction of innovative concepts and technologies to enhance asset performanceFinancial Management - Hold full responsibility for financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control- Structure, negotiate, and manage senior debt and investment financing, including international IFIs- Lead refinancing and restructuring processes, ensuring covenant compliance and optimal capital structurePeople Leadership- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing multidisciplinary teams- Establish a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, resilience, and resultsRequired Qualifications & Experience- Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in real estate investment, development, asset management, or finance- Proven CEO or equivalent top-management experience with full P&L responsibility- Strong background in real estate finance, debt structuring, and lender negotiations- Track record of managing large-scale shopping malls and complex development projects- Experience working with international investors, boards, and financial institutions- Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance or Banking, or related field- Strong expertise in corporate governance, crisis management, and strategic planning- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills- Data-driven mindset with experience in ERP, analytics, and performance systems- #English – fluent👉What the Company Offers- A key leadership role within an international investment platform- High level of autonomy and strategic influence- Long-term opportunity with a high-value commercial asset- Competitive executive compensation package🔔Send your CV to Daria Katicheva:[email protected]@daria_katichevaНадсилаючи резюме, ви погоджуєтесь на обробку персональних даних відповідно до Закону України "Про захист персональних даних"Згідно закону України «Про рекламу»: “Отримання від громадян гонорару, комісійних або інших винагород за надання послуги з пошуку роботи та сприяння у працевлаштуванні, інших пов’язаних з цим послуг забороняється.”
