Talent researcher, sourcer at Quintagroup📍https://womenintech.com.ua/vacancy/talent-researcher-sourcer-at-quintagroup/🔸Responsibilities:● Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn and alternative search techniques● Work closely with Recruiters to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the company● Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, and sourcing campaigns● Screen resumes to determine basic qualifications● Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders● Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas🔹Requirements:● Great organizational, documentation, time-management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team, but also deliver results on your own● Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques● Experience screening resumes to match qualifications● Experience approaching passive candidates● Lead generation, sourcing● English language skills● Genuine interest towards recruiting and growth companies● Relevant work experience
