Serving over 3.5 million users globally as a cryptocurrency exchange, we are dedicated to providing an intuitive user interface alongside a comprehensive suite of analytical tools. Collaborating with cryptocurrency projects worldwide, our primary objective is to drive the widespread adoption of blockchain technology.We are looking for a Recruiter!Requirements:• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring;• English B1 and above;• Familiarity with recruiting for customer support or similar roles;• Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to attract candidates through various channels;• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities;• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools;• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.Responsibilities:• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for high-volume roles, with a focus on customer support positions;• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking;• Conduct initial screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role;• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers;• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information;• Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements;• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings;• Provide timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process;• Support the Talent Acquisition team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.Job conditions:• Our own product;• Annual paid vacations;• Sick leave compensation;• Professional working environment.We provide challenging tasks that offer continuous growth opportunities for everyone.
