Our official partners include the National Football Team of Ukraine, FC Barcelona, Lifecell, FACEIT and VISA.The future of Web3 starts with you: join us as a Head of HR Team!Requirements:• Ukrainian С2 level• English Strong B2+ level• Proven experience (5+ years) in senior HR roles, preferably in a leadership position• Experience in working with large HR teams of 10+;• Client-oriented mindset with the ability to approach challenges creatively and find non-standard solutions to a variety of HR-related issues• Knowledge of HR best practices• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills• Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics• Analytical Skills: should be able to analyze HR data and metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations for process improvements.Responsibilities:• Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring effective delivery of HR services across the company• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and offboarding• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and workforce development• Build and promote a strong company culture focused on employee engagement and continuous improvement• Analyze HR metrics and generate regular reports to support data-driven decision making• Drive initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being• Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation• Continuous Improvement: HR Operations should continually seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
