HACC finds former acting director of State Enterprise “Chervonyi Zemlerob Research Farm” guiltyOn Monday, March 10, a panel of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) delivered a verdict, finding the former acting director of the state enterprise “Chervonyi Zemlerob Research Farm” — part of the structure of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences — guilty of committing criminal offenses under part 2 of article 15, part 5 of article 191, and part 1 of article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.Due to the expiration of period of limitations, the defendant was released from punishment under part 1 of article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.The final sentence imposed on the defendant is 7 years and 1 month of imprisonment, with disqualification from holding positions related to organizational, administrative, or economic functions in enterprises with state ownership in their statutory capital for a period of 3 years, and confiscation of one-half of her property.Details: https://bit.ly/3Fj8nUG
