YOUNG RESEARCHERS NIGHT – INTERNATIONAL_participants Bohdana Doskaliuk, Associate Professor, Department of Pathophysiology, Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University, is going to deliver a presentation titled “Identification of predictors influencing functional recovery in patients with musculoskeletal disorders.”"This presentation will focus on the rationale for identifying predictors of functional recovery in patients with musculoskeletal disorders. Particular attention will be given to the importance of integrating patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) and validated psychological assessment tools into predictive models. Such an approach may help capture not only clinical and functional parameters, but also patient-perceived health status, emotional well-being, coping capacity, and other psychosocial factors that may influence rehabilitation outcomes. As the study is currently starting, the presentation will emphasize the methodological background, conceptual framework, and potential value of using PROMs and psychological tests for future prediction modelling rather than presenting final results. This study is conducted within grant project No. 2025.05/0032, funded by the National Research Foundation of Ukraine under the grant of the President of Ukraine."The event will take place on May, 11th, 2026, as a part of Youth Science Festival – 2026.
