🇺🇦 «Хочеться допомогти чоловікам, якщо вони йдуть, захищають мене, то чого я не можу замінити їх», – розповідає Марія Короленко, студентка Снігурівського професійного ліцею, яка навчається на трактористку.У 2022 році Снігурівська громада була окупована росіянами. Більша частина жителів виїхали і не повернулись. Після деокупації багато чоловіків стали до лав Збройних сил, громада відчула нестачу робочих рук. Обробка родючих земель Миколаївщини лягла переважно на жіночі плечі.Репортери Frontliner побачили як проходять практику на тракторі п’ятеро жінок, які долучилися до програми ПРООН і уряду Данії, спрямованої на відновлення аграрного сектору після бойових дій.🇬🇧 «I want to help men; if they go and protect me, why can't I replace them at their civilian jobs» says Maria Korolenko, a student of the Snihurivka Lyceum, who is studying to become a tractor driver.In 2022, the Russians occupied the Snihurivka. Most of the residents left and did not return. After the deoccupation, many men joined the ranks of the Armed Forces; the community felt a shortage of workers.
