This is political insurance against new attacks on refineries, thermal power plants, and railway junctions.➡️The operational content of the measure is recognition of the problem. The defeat of energy, oil refining, and logistics forces Russia to disperse manpower between the front and rear, as well as to close “holes” in the air defense and electronic warfare system, which does not guarantee a solid dome. Bottom line: “special forces” are not mobilization in form, but mobilization in content.
