В основі навчання — бойовий досвід і розуміння того, як дорого може коштувати помилка.Наразі рівень підготовки в різних частинах суттєво відрізняється. Тому ми працюємо над уніфікацією підходів до навчання, щоб зробити загальним стандартом те, що вже працює у нас локально. Коли ми проводимо тренування бійців, які не пройшли достатньої підготовки, а іноді про «Кропиву» лише чули, то прикладаємо максимум зусиль, щоб вони отримали всі необхідні знання. Бо від цього залежить життя на полі бою. І життя не тільки окремого бійця, а всієї групи.🇺🇸 The Training Center of the 225th Separate Assault Regiment is a team of instructors who have gone through intense combat in different years and on various sectors of the front. The foundation of the training is real combat experience and an understanding of how costly a mistake can be.At present, the level of training across different units varies significantly. That is why we are working to unify training approaches, turning what already works locally into a common standard. When we train soldiers who have not received sufficient preparation — and sometimes have only heard about “Kropyva” — we put in maximum effort to ensure they gain all the necessary knowledge. Because lives depend on this on the battlefield — not only the life of an individual soldier, but that of the entire group.
