Нашій Конституції сьогодні виповнюється 27 років. Записані у ній в 1996 році слова перестали бути історією – вони стали для українців по-справжньому життєвими і нагальними: слова про право на життя і свободу, честь і гідність, про ціну нашої землі. Уже нікому в країні не треба пояснювати значення слова «суверенна». Жоден українець більше ніколи не сприйматиме закарбовані в ній права та свободи як щось дане нам зверху. Вони сьогодні виборюються у важкій боротьбі самопожертвою та життями. Наша Україна. Суверенна. Незалежна. Демократична. Правова.
