Develop and update brand assets as needed.🔹Create high-quality digital and printed marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, email templates, and others.🔹Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma and other relevant tools.🔹Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company’s design work fresh and current.🔹Conduct market research to understand audience preferences and apply insights to design strategies.🔹Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.🔹Optimize graphics for web use, ensuring quick load times and responsiveness across different devices.🔹Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to create cohesive and compelling marketing campaigns.For this position, we expect a high level of creativity, strong skills in graphic design and thoroughness and accuracy.
