We work with leaders across automotive & mobility, healthcare & life sciences, financial services, and media & advertising.About the role: You will be the first commercial touchpoint for some of the most interesting enterprise companies across automotive, healthcare, financial services, and media. You open doors, generate pipeline, and contribute directly to revenue. When you perform, you step into Team Lead – it is in the plan and in the budget.As Team Lead you will not just manage people. You will own outbound strategy, engineer the systems and processes the team runs on, and continuously raise the bar on GTM execution.Responsibilities:- Own outbound strategy: ICP, segmentation, signal identification, campaign architecture- Run discovery conversations with senior enterprise stakeholders and hand off cleanly to AEs and Consultants- Engineer the outbound system: tech stack, sequences, data enrichment, automation- Design and run hypothesis-driven campaigns: test variations in parallel, measure, improve- Use AI tools as a core part of your daily workflowAs Team Lead: build outbound strategy, develop people, scale tools and processes, grow a high-performing BDR podRequirements:- Significant B2B outbound experience at a senior level- Strong with GTM strategy- Fluent across the modern outbound tech stack: sequencing, data enrichment, AI tools- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM- Experience with outbound tools such as Outreach, Amplemarket, Apollo, or similarEnglish C1We offer:- Competitive base salary and quarterly variable- Clear path to Team Lead – with real GTM strategy and people ownership- Toolstack budget & ownership- Strong benefits packageEMEA/UK, Remote
