Requirements:• 2+ years of HR experience, particularly IT companies, in similar roles;• English — Strong Intermediate or higher;• Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR tools & processes;• Ability to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, adapting quickly to changing needs;• Strong communication skills, combined with a proactive and flexible approach;• Self-organized, business-orientated and skilled at multitasking.Responsibilities:• Manage the full employee life cycle:• Onboard and adapt the New Employees;• Coordinate Performance Evaluation Processes;• Organize regular 1-1s with employees and analyze results to improve the working environment;• Work with Employee Retention;• Manage Employees Offboarding.• Support Corporate Culture;• Improve existing HR processes when needed;• Work with HR analytics and some paperwork.What We Offer:• Preferably office-based with possibility to work from home (a comfortable office in the city center of Lviv with a generator and Starlink);• Great company atmosphere and comfortable communications;• Partial compensation for professional trainings and community memberships;• 20 working days of vacation and 20 sick days;• Free English language courses.Контакт
