CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This privacy policy was last updated on 01/20/2022. The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, the new version of the Privacy Policy shall come into force from the moment of its posting on the Internet at the address specified in this paragraph, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy. User Agreement

These Terms of Use of the TGlist.com.ua site (hereinafter referred to as the Site) are rules intended for users of the Site (hereinafter referred to as users) and at the same time, for the purpose of using the intellectual property object, constitute a license agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) between the owners of "TGlist.com.ua" (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and the User.

Within the framework of the Agreement, a Site User is considered any person who has ever accessed the Site or provided the Company with information for posting on the Site.

The Agreement provides for the mutual rights and obligations of the User and the Company, as well as the Company's recommendations on issues including, but not limited to, the use of Site materials, disposal of intellectual property rights and confidentiality of personal data.

By accessing the Site, the User accepts the Agreement. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the User must stop using the Site.

Terms of Use.

1. On the TGlist.com.ua service, it is prohibited to post materials that contain;

1.2 Erotic, pornographic, sexual in nature;

1.3 Uncensored vocabulary and insults;

1.4 Publish materials on behalf of other people without their consent;

1.5 Publish materials protected by copyright without the consent of the copyright holder;

1.6 Materials that offend people on religious, sexual or other grounds;

1.7 Post materials with the aim of deceiving or misleading users;

1.8 Posting links to other sites, explicit or hidden advertising;

1.9 Post materials that advertise services that are prohibited applicable law;

Limitation of the Company's Liability

The Company is not responsible for the unlawful actions of other Users, for any damage to the User's equipment or software resulting from the use of the Site, for the inability to use the Site for reasons beyond the Company's control, or those arising as a result of a gross violation by the Users of this Agreement and other rules provided for on the Site.

In no case is the Company responsible for any damage, loss or expense arising in connection with this Site, its use or inability to use it. The Company also under no circumstances accepts responsibility for any content, incl.including liability for negligence for damages resulting from loss of use, loss of data or profit or in connection with the viewing, use or operation of the Site or its content. Some pages of the Site may contain technical inaccuracies and errors. The information on the Site is subject to update and may become outdated at any time. The Company is not responsible for improving the Site, as well as for the inability to update the information stored on it.

The Company under no circumstances accepts responsibility for any content for posting on the Site illegal, threatening, offensive, obscene or defamatory information, or materials that violate or infringe on the rights of any person, including any unrestricted transmission of data that encourages or provokes behavior that would result in a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate the applicable legal norm.

the content and reliability of advertising materials received by the User as a result of using the Site;

content and reliability of advertising materials placed by the User on the Site;

quality, safety, legality of advertised services and goods purchased or obtained as a result of using advertising information contained on the Site, their possible non-compliance with generally accepted standards or expectations of the User;

consequences of using the information received by the User or the consequences of posting information belonging to him by the User, including for any damage caused both materially and in relation to "TGlist.com.ua" and business reputation, for any direct and indirect losses arising from the use of the Site;

methods of using the information placed on the Site by Users.

If you have any problems using the Site, or if you receive unreliable information from third parties, or information of an offensive nature, or any other unacceptable information, please contact the Service support, or use any other available type of communication, so that the Company can analyze and eliminate the relevant defects, limit and prevent the receipt of unwanted information to the Site, and, if necessary, limit or terminate the obligation to provide its services to any User and client of the Company, intentionally violates the provisions of the Agreement and the functioning of the Site. For the purpose of the above, the Company reserves the right to delete information posted on the Site and take technical and legal measures to terminate access to the Site by users who, in the opinion of the Company, create problems in the use of the Site by other Users, or act inconsistently with the Agreement.

The Site contains links to other sites maintained by third parties. Such sites are not subject to the Company's control, the Company is not responsible for the content (including the accuracy, legality or decency) of any presented site or links posted on this Site. Links to other sites are placed on the Site only for the convenience of users, as well as for advertising purposes, which does not imply that their content is approved by the Company. The User is fully responsible for implementing technological processes and controls that meet his specific requirements for the accuracy of input and output data, as well as for supporting and timely updating of tools for recovering lost data.

The Company does not bear any obligations to ensure the confidentiality of information posted by Users on the Site, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

The Company reserves the right not to enter into correspondence with Users.

Privacy Policy

We respect users’ privacy and are committed to protecting their personal data.

Our application uses access to Gmail and/or Google Drive APIs strictly to perform automation workflows explicitly configured by the user.

Gmail/Drive data is accessed only after explicit user consent.
Data is used solely to execute requested automation actions (e.g. reading or sending emails, processing attachments).
User data is not sold, shared, or transferred to third parties.
Data is not used for advertising, analytics, or profiling.
Only the minimum required Google API scopes are requested.

Users can revoke access to their Google account at any time via Google Account security settings.

Google API Scope Justification

We request the gmail.modify scope because our application allows users to build automation workflows that:

Read incoming emails
Process email content and attachments
Send or modify emails based on user-defined automation rules

This access is essential for the core functionality of the application and is only used when initiated by the user.
