We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Generalist who will join us in expanding the team with talented specialists and developing the FinTech world together.This is important to us:• Do you have 2+ years of experience in a similar position in the IT sector at a company with 100+ employees? You’re our hero!• Do you not only know but live the processes of onboarding and offboarding? Perfect!• Can you easily connect with anyone and organize quality one-on-one meetings? That's what we need!• Are your communication skills magical, allowing you to negotiate and handle objections at all management levels? Then this is the place for you!• Do you know how to assess motivational factors and employee engagement? That's you!• Are you super empathetic and eager to unite and develop the team? You’re the one we need!• And, of course, your English level is Intermediate or higher.Will be plus:• Experience in conducting competency assessments• Experience in managing corporate social media pagesYour future challenges:• Implement, support, and improve key HR practices in the company: onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding, events – you’ll be in charge of it all!• Build and maintain trusting and partnership relationships with every employee, becoming their reliable ally.• Act as a coach and help managers find the best solutions that balance employee and business interests.• Work with the HRM system by entering and updating employee data, keeping everything in order.• Develop and update HR policies and procedures, making them convenient and effective.• Implement initiatives aimed at developing corporate culture to make our company even better.• Ensure quality internal communications: announcements of important events, anniversaries, employee interviews, surveys, greetings – all this will be your field of activity.• Actively participate in HR initiatives and bring them to life, making our workspace better for everyone.Контакт
