🔎 #вакансія #HR #PeoplePartner#Львів #гібрид Vector Software is looking for an experienced People Partner who will manage and develop relationships with leaders to meet the objectives set out in our business and people strategy. Your role will be called upon providing advice, guidance and support within all aspects of the employee lifecycle to create an excellent employee experience. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:•Work with managers to identify, understand their people’s needs and challenges, and to develop and implement effective people solutions that facilitate the achievement of strategic objectives•Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation;•Advise, guide, and support managers with the management of informal and formal employee relations casework•Take care about employee experience: onboarding, retention, performance review, compensation review, offboarding, regular 1:1 meetings with team members, 360 feedback etc.•Maintain and update people’s corporate policies & practices•Maintain and take an active part in the automation of the HRIS system (Zoho)•Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Director.WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:•1.5+ years of experience as HR Specialist/People Partner/HR Manager•Upper-Intermediate level of English•Strong customer service focus•Experience in the IT industry•Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills•Experience in resolving complex employee relations cases•Strong priority setting and project management•High learning agility•Proactiveness and empathyNICE TO HAVE WOULD BE:• Additional courses and training in HR management, coaching, organizational development etc.WHAT WE OFFER:•Highly experienced professional community: more than 50% employees have a senior level of competence•Personal development plan and regular Performance Appraisal•Clear rotation process with opportunity to switch between different roles, projects or technology stack•Attendance of professional conferences, meetups and certifications (coverage upon on business needs)•Internal training programs, free SmartTalks and TechTalks inside the compant•Access to Pluralsight•Corporate English classes•Flexible schedule and possibility to work remotely: feel free to choose an option upon your preferences•Paid vacation annuallyКонтакт
