We focus on developing and implementing cutting-edge entertainment technology platforms and payment solutions, propelling assets' expansion and sustainable growth.Growe welcomes those who are excited to: • Interact with potential candidates on professional networks and use various sourcing techniques; • Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand the hiring needs and requirements for open positions; • Build a sourcing strategy and funnels of candidates for future vacancies in the company; • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired; • Promote our employer brand online and offline; • Maintain and develop candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System).We need your professional experience: • At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer; • Experience with tech and non-tech positions; • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings); • Basic interviewing skills and familiarity with interview techniques; • Knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices); • Ability to positively present our company; • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English; • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases will be a plus; • Experience with Gambling or high-risk niches (will be a plus).We appreciate if you have those personal features: • Solid verbal and written communication skills; • Goal-orientated and results-oriented; • Team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities; • Ability to effectively manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.We are seeking those who align with our core values: • GROWE TOGETHER: Our team is our main asset.
