{українською нижче}A vehicle breakdown during the evacuation of a wounded person means the following:— no one arrived in time, and the wounded person lost precious minutes and a real chance to survive,— the crew was forced to stop in a high-risk area under potential shelling,— the crew had to stop in an open field in freezing temperatures with limited fuel just to keep themselves and the wounded person warm,— the vehicle didn’t make it to the hospital in time for the wounded person to receive comprehensive medical care and reduce the long-term consequences of the injury.In winter, even the smallest vehicle malfunction can cost a life.We are grateful to the organization US Ukrainian Activists and Nadiya Shaporynska for understanding this reality and for their substantial donation to our winter fundraiser. With the received $46,500 we repaired 11 CASEVAC and MEDEVAC vehicles.They are already back in service and operating on the front line.-Поламка автівки під час евакуації пораненого означає наступне:— за пораненим не приїхали вчасно, й він втратив дорогоцінні хвилини й шанс на порятунок життя,— екіпаж зупинився у небезпечній зоні з високим ризиком обстрілу,— екіпаж зупинився серед поля в мороз з обмеженим обсягом пального, щоб обігріти себе й пораненого,— автівка не встигла доїхати до лікарні, щоб пораненому надали вже комплексну лікарську допомогу й зменшили негативні наслідки від поранення.Взимку навіть найменша несправність машин коштує життя. Дякуємо організації US Ukrainian Activists за розуміння цього і суттєвий донат на наш зимовий збір. За отримані $46,500 тисяч ми полагодили 11 кейс- і медеваків.Вони вже в строю і працюють на фронті.
