This feature should be available even without a subscription.
Google has started providing users with YouTube Music the ability to create their own radio stations based on specific artists and customize the algorithm that determines the playback order of songs. This feature, called Radio Builder, has already begun to appear for some listeners.

Access to this radio can be obtained by scrolling to the Tune Your Music section on the main page of YouTube Music in the iOS or Android app.
When creating your custom station, you can specify up to 30 artists and choose whether you want to listen to music only from them or if you want the service to include songs from similar musicians. You can also specify which songs to play: familiar, new, or a combination of both.
YouTube began testing this feature last year, and it's great to see that it has reached release. While YouTube Music already had numerous algorithm-driven mixes, having such stations is a fantastic option, if you want to listen to something specific but don't want to manually set up the entire playlist.
According to Google representative Paul Pennington, the Radio Builder feature will be available everywhere YouTube Music operates, regardless of whether you have a paid subscription.
