According to The Verge, the Pixel 8 has only a few key changes compared to the Pixel 7 and lacks some of the more expensive features of the 8 Pro, such as the telephoto lens. However, the combination of price, features, and seven years of OS updates makes it the best mainstream Android smartphone available right now.
