Російські терористи вкотре довели, що вони є загрозою для всього живого. Абсолютно свідоме знищення одного з найбільших водосховищ України. Щонайменше 100 тисяч людей жили в цих районах до російського вторгнення. Принаймні десятки тисяч досі там. Сотні тисяч людей залишилися без нормального доступу до питної води. Наші служби, усі, хто може дати людям порятунок, уже залучені. Але ми можемо допомогти тільки на підконтрольній Україні території. На окупованій Росією частині окупанти навіть не намагаються допомогти людям.Це ще раз демонструє, із яким цинізмом Росія ставиться до людей, чию землю захопила, і що насправді Росія несе Європі та світу.——Russian terrorists have once again proved that they are a threat to everything living. The destruction of one of the largest water reservoirs in Ukraine is absolutely deliberate. At least 100 thousand people lived in these areas before the Russian invasion. At least tens of thousands are still there. Hundreds of thousands of people have been left without normal access to drinking water. Our services, all those who can help people, are already involved. But we can only help on the territory controlled by Ukraine.
