#програми "We are excited to announce the launch of Constructing a Future Workforce, a new initiative designed to support clients whose employment has been impacted by labour market shifts and who are interested in transitioning into stable career opportunities in Residential Construction.This free 13-week program includes 6 weeks of skills training and certification preparation, followed by 7 weeks of employment preparation, coaching, job search support, and job placement whereby participants can select one of three focus areas: Masonry, Carpentry, or Modular Construction. This program supports individuals affected by layoffs, reduced hours, or industry change, which includes those who would have otherwise entered a career in traditional manufacturing or displaced industries such as Steel or Lumber.
