Ihor Syrota completes his term as CEO of Ukrhydroenergo On 28 May 2025, the Supervisory Board of Ukrhydroenergo accepted the resignation of CEO IhorSyrota. His departure comes at a time of stability and steady growth for the company. Ukrhydroenergo remains a leader in Ukraine’s energy sector — financially sound, organizationally mature, and focused on delivering its ambitious goals in sustainable development and international cooperation. Ihor Syrota stepped down after fifteen years of leadership that transformed Ukrhydroenergo into the country’s leading hydropower company. His tenure leaves behind a strong management team, a portfolio of strategic projects, and an institutional legacy that will support the company’s continued success. Until a new CEO is appointed by the Supervisory Board by legal procedures, Bogdan Sukhetskyi will serve as Interim Acting CEO, ensuring continuity of leadership and the implementation of current operations. The company deeply and sincerely grateful to IhorSyrota for 15 years of service, human-centredleadership, sustainable development principles and unwavering commitment to Ukraine. Ukrhydroenergo continues to operate as usual.
