The procedure for obtaining a certificate of no criminal record is provided for by Order No. 207 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated March 30, 2022.A request for such a certificate can be submitted electronically📧 or on paper📃.‼️Electronically, this can be done through the 'Yedine Vikno' online account🌐 or through the ‘Diya’ mobile app📱. A paper request can be submitted by either the applicant🧐 or their representative💼. To obtain a certificate of no criminal record, the applicant must provide an identity document🪪, and if represented by a representative, an identity document and a document📝 authorizing them to represent the applicant's interests must be provided.Paper requests can be submitted to the following addresses: 1) Kyiv, 10 Bogomolets Street (Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 16:00); 2) Kyiv, 16 Mechnikova Street, office 19 (Mon-Fri from 09:30 to 13:00).After submitting the application, the certificate of no criminal record can also be sent by mail💌.
