ello Denys, We hope this email finds you well.We’re contacting you regarding your most recent order that involved a custom print.Having verified their content, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot print the uploaded images. Please kindly note that as per our Terms of Use point 3.50: ‘The Service Provider is entitled to cancel an order and/or refuse to execute an order for custom-made Products if, in the Service Provider's reasonable opinion, such order violates point 6.2 of the Terms of Use.’Taking the above into account, we regret to inform you that your order has just been canceled due to inapporpriate content of your custom Displate that violates point 6.2 g) otherwise violate the provisions of the Terms of Use, social or moral standards (e.g. contain content promoting violence, pornographic content, content inciting racial, religious, ethnic hatred, or praising such unlawful behaviour, content violating religious feelings or discriminating on any grounds); The refund will be processed within the next 14 days, but you should expect your money much sooner. We do realize that the option to print custom-made Displates technically allows customers to upload any image of their choosing, however, in this situation, we feel that it would be wrong to print Displates with graphic images.
