🔥Strategic Expert in Infrastructure & Energy ( #NGO )🔥#Київ #Kyiv #English💼Our partner – the Belgian agency for international cooperation – is hiring in Ukraine!⚖️#Enabel is expanding its work in Ukraine under the Be-Relieve Programme, a flagship initiative financed by the Government of Belgium to support the country’s green and resilient recovery and EU accession process.🔒We are looking for a highly qualified Strategic Expert in Infrastructure & Energy to strengthen the team in Kyiv and contribute to shaping Ukraine’s sustainable reconstruction and energy transition.👍The Strategic Expert will play a central role in designing, managing, and scaling projects that foster energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainable infrastructure. This role involves both strategic leadership and technical expertise in developing innovative, EU-aligned reconstruction models.🤜Location: Kyiv, Ukraine (regular travel to Chernihiv and other regions)🙌Contract duration: January 2026 – December 2028💡Main Responsibilities:- Strengthen Enabel’s strategic positioning in Ukraine’s energy transition and green reconstruction.- Build and maintain partnerships with Ukrainian ministries, local authorities, private sector, and EU partners.- Provide technical leadership for the formulation of new projects on energy efficiency, circular construction, and renewable energy.- Support quality assurance and the integration of EU standards (EPBD, EDGE, BIM, Level(s)) into project implementation.- Promote innovative financing mechanisms such as ESCO, Super-ESCO, and blended finance to attract private investment.- Contribute to institutional capacity building, coaching partners on sustainable infrastructure planning and digitalisation.- Document best practices and lessons learned, and lead knowledge exchange within Enabel’s regional and global networks.🦾Profile of the Ideal Candidate- University degree in engineering, architecture, energy, environment, or related fields.- At least 5 years of professional experience in energy efficiency, sustainable infrastructure, or circular construction.- Proven ability to work on technical and policy aspects of infrastructure and energy reforms.- Understanding of public investment management, innovative financing mechanisms, and EU Green Deal principles.- Excellent communication and networking skills with government, private sector, and development partners.- Fluent in Ukrainian and English (French or Dutch is a strong asset).- Experience working with international cooperation projects (EU, GIZ, UN, World Bank, etc.) is an advantage.🔥Join Enabel and help shape a low-carbon, innovative, and inclusive future for Ukraine’s reconstruction.Together, we can build back better - cleaner, smarter and stronger.🔔Send your CV to Daria Katicheva:[email protected]@daria_katichevaЗгідно закону України «Про рекламу»: “Отримання від громадян гонорару, комісійних або інших винагород за надання послуги з пошуку роботи та сприяння у працевлаштуванні, інших пов’язаних з цим послуг забороняється.”
