🔥Sales #Engineer (#wind power)🔥#Київ #Kyiv #Ukraine #WindPower 💼 Our client - a global leader in wind power - is expanding its presence in Ukraine and hiring a Sales Engineer in Kyiv.This role supports the full sales cycle of wind farm projects: from tender documentation and technical evaluations to pricing, contract preparation, and stakeholder coordination.🔔Key Responsibilities:- Support the internal and external dialogue with customers to ensure good understanding of customers projects in their pipeline- Support the Sales team in the screening and evaluation of sales opportunities- Coordinate and support bid preparations and negotiations- Evaluate the requirements and design a solution in collaboration with other functions that meets the requirement for the bid- Establish bid proposal value, including direct costs, subcontractor/vendor costs, overhead, other costs, contingencies, using internal tools and managing internal stakeholder interfaces involved in the sales process (technical, financial, pricing, legal, construction and service)- Organize bid proposals' documents to meet RFP requirements, as well as structure, develop, edit and write proposal sections per RFP requirements- Ensure involvement of internal stakeholders during execution of the sales strategy- Provide contract closing and negotiation support to the Sales Manager- Investigate and document outcome of sales opportunity- Create and maintain opportunities in Salesforce ensuring data quality targets are met for the department⚙️Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, or engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or similar)- Master’s degree in business, engineering or finance is beneficial- 5+ years of similar experience in the energy industry, machinery, construction or related environment, large infrastructure projects or large manufactured products⚖️ Competencies- Commercially oriented with a keen customer focus- Good communication and negotiation skills- Advanced analytical capabilities- Collaborative worker ready to learn and grow- Ability to work internationally and willing to work with large demanding customers- Fluency in #English and #Ukrainian👉 We offer a challenging job with valuable opportunities for vocational and personal development at a renowned wind turbine manufacturer.
