⭐️ Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pleso Therapy✏️ Що робити?– End-to-end ownership of hiring processes for Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Leadership roles.Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals, challenges, and define ideal candidate profiles.– Run structured, competency-based interviews using modern frameworks such as behavioral interviewing, situational interviewing, STAR, deep-dive probing, top-grading logic, and value alignment assessment.– Use advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, GitHub, X, communities, referrals, AI sourcing tools, market mapping, and passive talent engagement.– Create strong outreach messages that convert passive candidates and reflect our brand and culture.– Sell the opportunity with clarity and honesty using a consultative, business-focused approach.– Drive the recruitment funnel with a data-driven mindset. Track metrics, provide regular reports, and insights to improve hiring quality and speed.– Experiment with new tools, channels, and approaches including AI assistants, automation, and sourcing optimizations.– Maintain excellent candidate experience, clear communication, and high professionalism at every stage.– Build long-term pipelines for critical and niche roles.📌 Що потрібно?– You have 3-5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in fast-paced tech companies. Experience in startups or scale-ups is a significant advantage.– You understand modern hiring markets, salary trends, talent density, and how to attract high performers.– You have experience hiring for Marketing, Engineering, Operations roles.– You actively use Boolean, X-ray, advanced filters, AI-based tools, multi-channel sourcing, and creative approaches to find top-tier candidates.– You are confident in multiple interviewing methodologies.– Business-Savvy Communicator — You speak the language of managers and founders. You can explain recruitment decisions using logic, data, and business impact.– Strategic and Systemic Thinker — You understand how recruitment impacts company growth, culture, delivery, and roadmap execution.– High Ownership Mindset — You take responsibility for results, drive processes independently and do not require micro-management.– High Standards and Quality Focus — You push yourself to deliver high-caliber candidates and do not compromise on quality.– Persistent and Resourceful — You don’t give up after 10 outreaches. You find ways to reach the right people and convert them.– Emotionally Intelligent — You can adapt your communication to different personality types and seniority levels.
