Executive Assistant to the team of the American entrepreneur "The.ryanexperience" (remote)$ Salary: from 750+ dollars for part-time work (we can discuss in more detail). Also, after 2 months, it is possible to switch to full-time work. All details - we discuss at the interview. Role Summary:I’m looking for an energetic, skilled, organizationally sound and creative person to join him to handle a mix of personal, and business-related tasks. Must be ambitious, and looking for something long term. The role is 90% remote, however, there is a small travel element. so the ideal candidate should be able/open to travel (not frequent, sometimes 1x/month, sometimes 1x/quarter).  Responsibilities:This list is by no means exhaustive - it’s likely to change as we grow, and adjust our processes, but this is a general list of some of the things we’re likely to work on together. ⭐️Handling CEOs email, prioritizing and informing him which require attention; ⭐️Personal, and business bill payments; ⭐️Organizing CEO calendarDealing with invoicing, and team payments; ⭐️Helping to distribute and cross-post content across platforms Instagram, TikTok; ⭐️Researching video ideas using google, chatgpt, instagram, finding unique concepts; ⭐️Attending conferences (rare, but may be 2-3x year); ⭐️Attending travel trips to film content; ⭐️Filming content at these conferences, and travel locations (camera will be provided, of course); ⭐️Cataloguing expenses (minor element of role); ⭐️Whatever else may come up. Results (how we measure performance):▪️The goal is to lessen the CEOs work hours, by handling admin tasks for him; ▪️Improve social media metrics. Position Requirements:▫️Proactivity - the ability to solve problems before the arise;▫️Bonus if you understand social media, marketing;▫️Additional bonus if you love hospitality and the social scene - bars, hotels, restaurants as this is the focus of the content;▫️Critical thinking - the ability to come up with solutions, instead of problems;▫️A willingness to hold yourself accountable;▫️Excellent organizational skills - we have a lot of clients; being able to manage how you organize your interactions, and follow ups is important;▫️Good English (written and spoken); ▫️An understanding of social media, advertising and online business are nice to have but not required.
