Зараз, коли деякі лідери держав зібрались на путінському саміті в Казані й коли фактично повз цей їхній саміт можуть переміщувати військових з Північної Кореї ближче до фронту в Україні під акомпанемент слів про нібито «недопущення напруги», ми все одно знаємо: переможе не злочинець, не той, хто руйнує і депортує, а той, хто обʼєднує народи на основі фундаментальних людських цінностей і Статуту ООН.Якщо будемо успішні ми в тому, щоб завершити цю війну справедливо, то будь-який інший народ, проти якого можуть планувати подібну агресію, зможе бути впевненим, що світові вистачить сил та єдності, щоб захистити міжнародне право.Йдеться не тільки про Україну. Сьогодні, у Міжнародний день ООН, особливо потрібно про це сказати.Сказати тоді, коли мету, заради якої створена ООН, захищають не Радбез ООН і навіть не функціонери ООН, а ось такі формати співпраці, як Кримська платформа чи як Саміт миру.І хотілося б нагадати міжнародній бюрократії та політичним лідерам, що сьогодні День ООН в усьому світі, а не десь у Казані.
I held a meeting of the Staff today. Several issues were discussed, but the most important one was weapons: production in Ukraine, supplies from our partners, and our procurement efforts – all over the world, wherever there are shells or equipment that can strengthen our defense. Among the key areas identified are drones for our army, and this should be a supply that not only constantly increases in volume, but also evolves and develops in line with the demands of war. Another fundamental area is electronic warfare, and here the private sector and Ukrainian entrepreneurs are already helping Ukraine significantly. And much more can be done. We will also attract additional investments from our partners here, and this week, in particular, work will be done on that. A separate focus is our state missile program, and all of its elements, all of Ukraine's missile achievements, should have much more combat use, both on the front lines and in the territory of Russia. We need results faster. All relevant tasks are now underway.🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦
I spoke with Commander-in-Chief Syrskyi. There was a report on the current situation at the front. The Pokrovsk, Kurakhove, and Lyman directions. The Commander-in-Chief, along with other military officials and representatives of the Ministry of Defense, will work with our partners next week on the details of the Victory Plan – both military and strategic security points. I’ve sent our representatives to Washington: Chief of the General Staff Barhylevych and Deputy Prime Minister Stefanishyna. There was also a report on the Kursk operation. Today marks two months of our military operations in the Kursk region. And this is a very important phase of the war. Something that has greatly helped and continues to help our country. Ukrainians have proven that they can push the war into Russia. And with sufficient support from our partners, we will be able to put pressure on Russia in the way that’s necessary for Russia to realize that the war will gain them nothing. And of course, I would like to thank all our guys – every unit – who are doing everything to replenish the exchange fund for Ukraine. Our Kursk operation has made one of the biggest contributions to the exchange fund, aiding the release of Ukrainians from captivity. This is important. We will continue to apply even greater pressure on Russia – because only through strength can we bring peace closer. Thank you to everyone who helps Ukraine! Today, the new NATO Secretary General, Mark Rutte, paid his first visit to Kyiv, and this is a significant visit to Ukraine he made immediately after assuming the powers of the Alliance's Secretary General. And the key now is to actually back up this priority with decisions. It’s clear how important it is to fully implement every agreement we’ve made with our partners on defense support. Timeliness in support means resilience on the frontline. The frontline must be strengthened, and long-range capabilities must finally be provided in the way necessary to end this war. Everyone in the Alliance understands the needs. As we head into winter, Ukraine's air defense is no less important, along with real progress in the joint interception of Russian missiles and drones. We see that one of the main reasons for the security deficit in the skies of Ukraine, and in particular near the borders of NATO, our neighbors, is the lack of decisions on joint operations and joint defense. What works in the skies of the Middle East and helps Israel's defense can work just as well in the skies of our part of Europe – in Ukraine – helping to save lives. There are specific technical solutions and fully effective tactics for this. I thank everyone who is fighting and working for Ukraine! Glory to our people!Glory to Ukraine!
Today, throughout the day, the consequences of the Russian strike on Kryvyi Rih are being eliminated – it was ballistics again. There was a strike of the guided aerial bomb on Kupyansk – right in the center of the city. People were under the rubble. Unfortunately, some people died. My condolences to their families and friends.All our partners should be more active – much more active – in countering Russian terror. This terror must never become some kind of new alleged “normalcy” for Europe.In addition, we are working with partners to supply the frontline – supply it not only with weapons, and not only with shells, but also with the power of our unity with partners. Truly effective unity – long-ranged. We continue to insist that their determination now – lifting the restrictions on long-range strikes for Ukraine now – will help us to end the war as soon as possible in a fair way for Ukraine and the world as a whole. The defense of life has the same meaning everywhere. I thank everyone in the world who is helping us!
Цієї ночі в Київській області через російський удар, на жаль, загинули батько і маленький син – чотири роки було дитині. Мої співчуття рідним і близьким. Ще троє людей постраждали, серед них дитина – 12 років хлопчику. За попередньою інформацією, росіяни застосували північнокорейську ракету, і це був черговий свідомий терористичний удар проти України. Піротехніки продовжують працювати, щоб встановити точні дані щодо цієї ракети. Тільки за один цей тиждень російська армія вдарила понад 30 ракетами та більш ніж 800 керованими авіабомбами. Росіяни не мають жодних географічних обмежень на застосування такої зброї – із перших днів повномасштабної війни вся територія нашої держави під загрозою постійних ударів. Українці вдячні всім нашим партнерам, які допомагають із системами ППО та бойовою авіацією. Але щоб дійсно зупинити російський терор, ми потребуємо не тільки повноцінного повітряного щита, який захистить усі наші міста й громади, а й сильних рішень партнерів – рішень, які знімуть обмеження на наші захисні дії. Коли українська далекобійність не матиме лімітів, ця війна точно отримає ліміт – ми реально наблизимо її справедливе завершення.
Today, I held a meeting of the Staff. Several issues. The first issue is, of course, the front, the report of the Commander-in-Chief – he took part in the meeting directly from the frontline. He is right there. He reported on all directions of our actions. And the toughest ones are the Pokrovsk and Toretsk directions, as well as the Kharkiv region and all other combat directions – we leave none of them neglected. We are doing our best to support our units and destroy the occupier. Our Ukrainian Defense and Security Forces are already gaining the upper hand in this regard – and in July, our warriors have used more drones than the occupier. This should be a steady trend at the front – for all types of drones our units have. From FPVs to all the others, including our long-range drones, which are already having a strategic impact on the war. They are influencing it in Ukraine's favor.Today, our Government officials from the Ministry of Strategic Industries and the Ministry of Finance also presented reports on drone production and financing. We have already contracted one million drones for this year, and more will follow in total within the year. Also today, the Staff adopted a decision on our missile program – to increase funding. And separately, the Minister of Defense reported on the provision of our brigades with weapons and on relevant negotiations with our partners. I am grateful to all in the world who are truly willing to support us in the way we need to in order to achieve results now and in the future.
Провів сьогодні Ставку. Кілька питань. Перше – це, звичайно, фронт. Доповідь Головкома – він брав участь у Ставці якраз із передової. Доповів щодо всіх напрямків наших дій. Найбільш жорсткі – Покровський, Торецький, а також Харківщина і всі інші напрямки боїв – жодного не залишаємо без уваги. Робимо максимум, щоб підтримати наші підрозділи та щоб знищувати окупанта. Наші українські Сили оборони та безпеки у цьому вже йдуть до переваги, і за липень наші воїни застосували більше дронів, ніж окупант. Це має бути стійкою тенденцією на фронті – по всіх видах дронів, які є в наших підрозділів. Від FPV та до всіх інших, включно з нашими далекобійними дронами, які вже впливають на війну стратегічно. Впливають в інтересах України. Сьогодні були також на Ставці доповіді наших урядовців: Мінстратегпром, Мінцифра – по виробництву та фінансуванню дронів. На цей рік уже законтрактовано нашими виробниками мільйон дронів, і буде загалом по року більше. Ухвалили рішення щодо нашої ракетної програми – збільшити фінансування. І окремо міністр оборони доповів щодо забезпечення зброєю наших бригад і відповідних перемовин із партнерами. Я вдячний усім у світі, хто дійсно готовий підтримувати нас саме так, як потрібно, щоб і в цей час, і в перспективі досягати результату.
Сьогодні ж ми детально опрацювали з Премʼєр-міністром Шмигалем порядок роботи на цей місяць, а саме рішення, які потрібні, та домовленості, яких очікуємо у відносинах з партнерами, передусім у Європі. Зараз ми маємо нове надходження від Сполучених Штатів: 3,9 мільярдів доларів надійшли на казначейський рахунок. Я вдячний партнерам за підтримку. Ми працюємо також з Євросоюзом, щоб вже у серпні отримати необхідні Україні близько 4 мільярдів євро допомоги.Премʼєр-міністр доповів і щодо регіональної роботи урядовців: це правильно, щоб уряд був в областях та реально бачив проблематику, швидко і на місцях ухвалював рішення. Зараз багато питань щодо підготовки нового навчального року. Наш пріоритет – по максимуму допомогти школам в усіх регіонах, де безпека це дозволяє, відкритись для дітей і працювати офлайн. Уряд зараз готує кілька технічних рішень, які допоможуть саме цьому. Регулярні звіти і щодо енергетики – нашої підготовки до опалювального сезону й більшого захисту енергетичної інфраструктури. Я дякую всім в Україні, в кожному регіоні, хто працює саме так, як потрібно, щоб і соціальна сфера, і бізнес, і громади були підготовлені до зими.
