Simple has 17M+ downloads, 300K+ 5-star reviews, and a global team building a product with real impact.We’re looking for a high-autonomy Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our Paid Search Squad and own Google Ads end-to-end, including Search, GDN, Demand Gen and Performance Max.WHAT YOU’LL DO:• Own and scale paid user acquisition strategy across Google Ads and beyond.• Plan, execute and optimize campaigns to hit business KPIs.• Manage significant budgets and make smart budget allocation decisions to maximize ROAS.• Build and lead scalable creative testing frameworks.• Work closely with Creative, MarTech, Growth and Analytics teams.• Dive deep into performance data, LTV, monetization and web funnels.• Use dashboards, BI tools and analytics to understand what is working and why.• Challenge ideas, propose improvements and take ownership of growth results.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:• Strong experience in user acquisition and paid performance marketing.• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, or strong platform agility with proven experience in Meta, TikTok or similar channels.• Proven track record managing large monthly budgets, ideally $300k+ per month.• Experience with the US market.• Hands-on experience with web funnels.• Understanding of key performance metrics: ROAS, LTV, CPA, cohorts, monetization and funnel performance.Apply: https://jobs.simple.life/jobs/7827407-senior-user-acquisition-manager
