Bethesda is now offering a highly detailed wearable replica of the Pip-Boy 3000 from the Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas games. It is designed based on 3D models of the accessory from the games to accurately replicate its appearance. Available for pre-order at a price of $299.99, its delivery is expected as early as June 2026. Unfortunately, it will not arrive in time for the premiere of the second season of the Amazon Fallout series, scheduled for December 17, 2025.

This is not Bethesda's first attempt to offer a replica of this oversized wrist device. Previously, a version included in the collector's edition of Fallout 4 used a smartphone and a special app to simulate in-game functions. The new model, created in collaboration with The Wand Company — a well-known manufacturer of detailed and functional replicas such as Poké Balls and Star Trek communicators — features its own 4-inch LCD display.

The Pip-Boy 3000 screen can switch between the classic green interface from Fallout 3 and the yellowish design of New Vegas. Bethesda assures that nearly all game content from both games is replicated, including hundreds of menus that can be navigated using dials and knobs. The game Atomic Command is also included. The screen mimics the appearance of an old electronic beam display with flickering and glitches that can be temporarily fixed by tapping the device thanks to the built-in accelerometer.

The front casing of the replica is made of cast metal, while the main body is made of injection-molded plastic. The package includes a memory foam strap that can be extended with an additional extender. Other features include a flashlight, a headphone jack, an alarm mode that can be used with a stand, and a functional radiation detector. Instead of measuring dangerous radiation contamination after a nuclear explosion, this replica measures FM radio radiation using visual counters and simulated Geiger counter sounds.
