Amazon Music Now Integrates with Alexa+

Amazon Music now has integration with Alexa+. The Amazon Music app allows users to conveniently browse a vast catalog of music through natural conversation. The company announced that Alexa+, an AI-enhanced assistant, is now available in beta for early access program participants via the Amazon Music app for all subscription tiers.

This assistant offers new ways to discover, organize, and interact with music without using traditional commands — through natural conversation. According to Amazon, Alexa+ allows listeners to engage with music as if they were talking to an informed friend, discussing genres, influences, and the meanings of songs in detail. Interaction with Alexa+ is done through the new "a" button in the bottom right corner of the Amazon Music interface, which activates the assistant with voice queries.

Alexa+ is capable of responding to both general and very specific queries. For example, users can ask: "What song is playing in the opening credits of the series?"
