Apple is planning significant updates to its voice assistants and intelligent services. According to information released by Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman in the "Power On" newsletter, the new version of Siri is likely to rely on Google Gemini technology. It will feature AI-supported internet search capabilities and will operate on models created with Google, but without integrating Google services directly into Siri.

Apple plans to release the updated Siri around March next year, which will be accompanied by a new smart home display with wall-mounting capability and a built-in speaker. Additionally, new models of Apple TV and HomePod mini are scheduled for launch, which will help showcase the new capabilities of Siri and Apple Intelligence.

Gurman notes that while Siri with the new Gemini model has potential, there is uncertainty regarding how well it will be received by users and how smoothly it will operate. He also emphasizes that Apple is funding the creation of a custom model based on Gemini, which will run on the company's private servers, but Siri will remain an interface with its own design. This means that the service will not include direct integration with Google services or Gemini features.

Regarding future operating systems, Apple plans to introduce iOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, and others at the annual developers conference in June. The main focus will be on major updates to Apple Intelligence and the company's artificial intelligence strategy. At the same time, the launch of Apple Intelligence in China remains challenging due to regulatory restrictions, despite partnerships with local companies, and this situation remains unpredictable.
