Microsoft has launched an updated version of the gaming library in the Xbox app for Windows PCs. Now this application displays games from stores like Steam and Battle.net, making it a convenient launcher for all games installed on the computer. Previously, this feature was tested among Xbox Insider program participants, but it is now available to all users.

The main goal of the update is to support the new full-screen mode for the Xbox console, Xbox Ally, as well as to create a single hub for managing PC games in the Xbox app. Installed games automatically appear in the "My Library" section and in the "Recent" list, allowing for quick access. Additionally, a My Apps section has been added, where users can quickly install and launch third-party applications, including browsers and other gaming utilities. This is especially useful for portable devices.
