The tool enables you to edit images as if you were working in Photoshop. This is done in a very simple way: you need to highlight an area and describe the changes you want to make in text.

There is also a Retexture feature that allows you to modify images. The CEO of the startup, David Holz, explained that it utilizes the latest advancements in "depth control" for intelligent editing based on text descriptions.

For example, you can upload an image of a living room and then ask Midjourney to add or remove elements, change the texture or color of the walls, and even adjust the lighting to create the impression that the photo was taken at night.

The author of the Telegram channel "Jimmy Neuron" has already tested the editor's capabilities in inpainting - removing unwanted objects from an image and filling those areas with the desired background. Using this feature, he created "The Brotherhood of the Ring," replacing the characters from "The Lord of the Rings" with beavers. The result can be seen below.

The developers understand that such a powerful tool carries certain risks: it could lead to numerous copyright violations and the emergence of next-level deepfakes. Therefore, access is currently granted only to those with an annual subscription and users who have already generated over 10,000 images.

Soon, the company plans to implement various monitoring systems to prevent abuse of the editor. Perhaps after that, it will become more accessible.
