Apple is gearing up for a whole "week of Mac announcements."

It seems that there will not be a full presentation.

Apple's Senior Vice President of International Marketing, Greg Joswiak, announced that the company will officially unveil several devices from the Mac series next week. The first announcements are expected on Monday, October 28.

This suggests that the company does not plan to hold a separate event dedicated to Mac this year. Instead, we can expect a series of press releases. In previous years, when no presentations were scheduled, Apple released new products simply on the announcement day.

According to rumors, Apple is set to introduce the first Mac computer based on the M4 chip. In addition, we can expect the iMac, as well as entry-level Mac mini and MacBook Pro with the same processor. However, the higher-end MacBook Pro models will utilize the more powerful M4 Pro and M4 Max chips. One variant of the Mac mini will also feature the M4 Pro.

In terms of design, no changes are expected for the iMac and MacBook, but rumors suggest that the Mac mini will become smaller, approaching the size of the Apple TV. It is also anticipated that all base models will come with 16 GB of RAM instead of 8 GB.
